Beltzville

New to the area and could use some tips on catching Walleyes or Crappie (or any other kind of fish for that matter) at Beltzville. The lake is incredibly clear making it tough to fish, so I'm not sure how to approach it. Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

    Boat.  Maybe some shore fishing if its any good.
