poor show at ix for sportsman

i came back from the ix in clevand i fell like i bought a six pack and 5beers were empty!!!!!!!!!!! $12 to get in $8 to park 1/3 of what it was, 30% less than last year and no depth!! for what they charge!! $3.50 for a water !!!! i hope some one who has some say so , at the ix reads this, peeps all over came and this year it was sad to say the least it was just a shame got a idea lower vender set up and get more peeps hay numbers make more money than higher prices

    What are these "peeps" you're always talking about?  Is that some kind of slang for baby hens or ducks or something?

    One of these years I would like to go to the Harrisburgh show...  But aside from that I feel most shows are just a waste of time.  I went to the Erie show this year, mostly because I haven't been to see the new center.  It took me and my buddy 15 minutes before we were headed for the door.  I looked at him and said "Well, I'd say this was a waste of time, money and an evening, except the evening 'aint over yet."  I don't bass fish, turkey hunt, trout fish, or archery hunt, and that's about 99% of what is at these shows now.

    Thanks rollcaster, but I still don't understand why marshmellow confections would be showing up at outdoor shows...maybe doorprizes?  Leadmen said "peeps from all over came" and "vendors set up and get more peeps"...hmmm must be doorprizes.

    LOL, I myself do not like marshmello but my kids like them. I dont know what they are doing at an outdoor show , just sounds crazy.

    I remember when I was a kid there was a bait that came in a pouch that was made of marshmallows that was impregnated with a scent...a trout bait I think.  Must be they're making a comeback.
