And that salute -- wasnt a Nazi salute but a photo taken out of context--

You know who would disagree with you there? Germany.

Unlike republicans in the United States, Germans take Nazi cosplay bullshiit pretty seriously.

Ya boy Elon is extremely unpopular in Germany, because there’s a little bit of a Nazi thing in their history.

It is like debating a rock. He can’t form his own opinion. Look back after the corpse beat the clown. His first response was, of course Biden won. Then whatever FoxNews had him parrot, including the stop the steal BS. It is every issue, if he forms an opinion on his own, FoxNews changes it within hours/days. He has done it countless times. What can you really expect from a flat Earther though?

And yes, if taxes paid a salary, that would be making a living off of the public dime. That is what public dime means…. You are no different than those being cut for no reason by the clown crew.

So, what you are saying is, until then, our jobs just get picked off one by one.

what I'm saying, automation and job cuts are a fact of life and have been "forever"

when I hired in at Chrysler ('77) there were 3800 workers.
It took 46 production workers to man the Valarie  sedan door line . 36 and 38 for the K car and Omni respectively
when I left in '90, there were appx 1800 workers and it took 9 people to make a door and 6 on the other line

a large press line  that took 18 workers in '77 took 5 when I left.
that plant (Twinsburg stamping) closed in '09

when's the last time someone pumped your gas?
I use the self checkout at Sam's Club and Giant Eagle

Kiosk your burger & biggie pop

what hasn't been sent overseas or outsourced to Mexico, is being automated every day.

To quote a wise man

"there's nothing new under the sun"

So, what you are saying is

know what else I'm saying?

blue collar manufacturing has been taking a beating big time since the 80s and 90s.
It's nothing new for them

with AI about to bust loose, it's the white collar sector's turn now

It’s all jobs with AI though, not just white collar’s turn. All jobs need a brain, which AI basically is an artificial one. AI added to the automated machines, especially human like, there will be no limits. See the Tesla Bot in question. There won’t be a safe job if left unchecked. It is basically taking what happened in factories, and putting it anywhere, but without the guy pushing buttons at the factory. Instead of regulating to at least slowly implement and save enough jobs for an effective economy, we are putting one of the leaders of the movement loose in the rooster house, accelerating the process likely by decades.

I was initially interested in seeing how Musk and Vivek working together in DOGE would be. You know, like many say, they are successful businessmen they likely have some good ideas. After seeing Musk take it over, if it isn’t at least concerning to people, they need to wake up. It isn’t just the government they are going to eliminate jobs from. It is all of society. Businesses/occupations passed down by generations are going to be wiped out. But yeah, it is just TDS….

AI is busted loose friend.
It will be a tool for workers to adapt to as much as as it will replace some jobs.

Here ya go, DOGE cuts affecting campgrounds in PA. I knew it was only a matter of time. Bummer. I’ve camped at some of the raystown sites mentioned in this article.

https://www.inquirer.com/...mp;utm_medium=referral

I also typically camp at kinzua at least once a year. It looks like it’s still up in the air as to whether these federal spending cuts will shut down campgrounds at Morison, handsome lake or hopewell. Maybe it will just be a free for all so anybody can just camp anywhere they want in the ANF and turn it all into a garbage dump.
