Read where all the Biden admins new regulations for business cost about 1.8 BILLION a year to fulfill. Trump is busy cancelling the regs- perhaps that will have some positive effect on the economy a s they likely all get passed along.

Problem is that the water was shut down for two days and for maintenance and the state turned it on. Not our military. That water doesn't reach LA, anyway. It stops 100 miles short of LA and had no impact on putting out fires.
It's just more fabricated statements just like the $50 million for condoms. I imagine it will probably get to a point that even his followers will start to doubt every word that comes out of him and just tune him out.

I just can't understand why he can't just tell the truth? It would make things so much better if he would just say this is what I want and not make up lie after lie. I know if he repeats the same lie over and over he and a lot of people on both side believe it. There are 33 countries that have total birthright citizenship rights, we are not the only one. How does everyone feel about just saying the truth to the people or just keep misleading the country on almost every matter? Simple reply lie or truth.

Correct - create a crisis and then solve it. The faithful get all hot and bothered. It will likely not get to a point where people doubt. He makes them feel as if they've won. They will not give that feeling up. Look back over the pages here, how many posts of "your president!" and "The winning!". That's all that matters. The only thing remotely possible, is if people start to be unable to get food, unable to get their healthcare needs met, see their family struggling etc. When it starts to impact them, and not some shadowy enemy group they've been trained to hate by their media echo chambers - will people maybe have a chance to see him for what he is. Remember we've seen this show before.

If in a situation forced to eat one, I’d opt to smoke it. I’m guessing they are similar to other shad and very oily flesh. Most oily fish seem to have a different taste and usually stink up the house when cooking, compared to mild white fish.

Look at the countries that do not restrict birthright citizenship, with the exception on Canada, you probably would not what to live there. Canada also maintains a much more restricted access to immigrates, both legal and illegal.

Hey Pork, Just a heads up. All fish the Amish guy kept from last evening had the Bird Poo yellow grub parasite in the flesh, (Crappie/Gills). Never encountered that in LPT before. Don't care if they are supposed to taste like Chicken or not, ain't for me. Going to have to wear glasses for now on to inspect better. I could tell you some stories about Horny Chubs, Gizzard Shad and Suck3rs from these Hillbillies 'round here. Every Redneck knows you dry them out in the car for a week or longer depending on the temps. Can adjust the heater if need be, crack a window or 2 while driving for better airflow. Keep the gills pliable by putting a little olive oil on 'em & work them for a min a day. Run a pistol ramrod .22 cal or 38 special down it's mouth and out the bunghole. Put a little pinch of dry Toby in the bum, light then puff/suck through the mouth while squeezing the gills in and out. Worchester sauce flavor is purdy good. Sorry, wont let it happen again.

Why many of us can’t stand the guy. Has nothing to do with policies. Nothing to do with “mean tweets”. He is just a piece of trash as a human, with noted being the top of the list. Plain and simple.

They both originate from the same source but operated independently. The Federal operated aqueduct ends in Bakersfield according to my friend in Bakersfield and where I got this info. He lives about about 100 miles north of LA . I don't believe Pacific Palisades tie into either aqueduct where the water was needed. On the bright side, the farmers in the central valley appreciate the extra water.

The airplane and chopper crashed--Trump pretty much blamed the chopper--The left is going bonkers and will continue to do so. The plane was on the path the controllers told it to be on. The chopper was in training exercises, and at the point before the crash controllers were asking the chopper if they were seeing the plane as it descended as it was supposed to do. Pretty clear what happened. Yes there will be an investigation but at first look the outcome seems obvious. Of course the investigation could fault the controller but the fact is the chopper was where it wasnt supposed to be and clearly didnt see the plane.

my understanding, the mil is allowed to cross thru the airport landing/take off flight paths near the airport. Given the circumstances, as I see it, it's equivalent to a motorcycle going thru an intersection, not seeing the bus, and getting plowed by it chopper pilot screwed the pooch? I am sure you have eaten a bazillion of them over the years. Even when I was a kid, filleting dozens of panfish from Wilhelm back in the 80's, many would have those small parasites in them. As long as you aren't eating crappie sushi, you are fine.... You should see the size of the worms in a 50 or 60 lb amberjack from the gulf....make for some nice panfish live bait on the end of a fly or 1/64 oz jig under a bobber....

I won’t have to dismiss anything if Trump and musk get their way. All of the federal employees will be gone, so there won’t be anybody left to conduct the investigations or staff the agencies. They said routine training mission. I can’t imagine they train in one of the most complex air space restricted areas, especially with how much less restricted Ft Belvoir area and south of there are.
I really hope that wasn’t a VIP transport chopper from the Pentagon to Ft Belvoir. They are the home of INSCOM, not a good commander to lose if it is the case. Especially this early in a transition.
Not that any human life is more valuable than others, but for national defense, that is a top 10 guy. Usually don’t travel without other important people too. Complete speculation though.
