5 Gallon Bucket Set-Up To Lay Rod/Reel On

I remember when I was a kid the experienced fishermen would have a wooden thing that sat on their bucket. Then they set their poles on it so they could sit in their chair behind it and fish. Does anyone know how to make this? If you can understand what I'm trying to describe.
