Question on Fishing Rod Website

I posted this on the fly rod board but got no results, so I posted to this board. 
 
I found the web site "www.salefishingrods.com".  They are an overseas company, and their prices are low.  Anyone ever deal with this company and are they legitimate?
 
They are located in "Lianyungang, Jiangsu."  Never heard of this country.
 
Any thoughts?

    Some really great prices, but as they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Jus say'IN. Let us know if you end up ordering anything.

    If they don't accept credit cards avoid them. SCAM

    Lianyungang, Jiangsu is city in NE China, I would avoid doing business with them. 

    Our society stigmatizes the mentally ill... and rightfully so, these people are nuts!

    It’s a scam. I tried doing something like this on another site even accepted PayPal. Got my money back threw PayPal but it was a complete scam.
