Walleye mentor

I have a 19 foot boat with mechanical downriggers, 85 & 6 hp motors, many rods, tackle, Garmin Striker fish finder and all safety equipment.  I am looking for someone to teach me techniques ...... of walleye fishing. I have been on charters but have not done it on my own.  I live north of PGH and am available most any day. My email is  help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mike
