Any ice fishing this year?

My pond rarely has had any ice on it same as any of the lakes in the area (Orange C.). Will there be any ice fishing this year? How far north is there some?

    They are fishing in the mid-west already. In Pennsylvania we just haven't had enough cold weather to forum ice yet. TIGHT LINE!

    Ice is off all the waters in NYS and Pa. Black ice occured early in March due to very warm weather. In fact fishing has been excellent since March 15 in shallow water.

    falls approaching and I'm hoping this winter will be good for ice on the lakes and ponds.
