Sat most of the day yesterday, saw an 8pt at 6:30 am riding to my stand and had a 7 pt walk by around 6 pm and I let him pass.

Still pretty slow for me.  Haven't seen a shooter yet from stand....heck, only one "legal" one for sure....last week....Tues. AM, had a 4, 6 and small 8 pt. chasing a doe around in the AM.  8 pt and 6 pt. were directly under my stand.
Mostly doe from stand since then except Sat. evening in the heat, a small 6 or 8 (over 150 yds away moving on a mission) but not a shooter anyways.  Gave this AM a break to catch up at work.  Tomorrow looks nice weather wise.
Did almost hit a doe last night getting chased by a 2.5 yr old 8 pt on our way home from all day lacross tourney for my son in WV.  So some 2.5 and 3.5 yr olds in the fields along I-70 on the drive home, many smashed doe and small bucks on 70 and that 8 pt. was chasing the doe 1/4 mile down the road from my house.  This week and next should pick up for the bigger guys...at least I am hoping.

Today was the day. I woke up late basically ran to my tree got up at 650. I seen 2 does, a chase and heard atleast 6 others all around me going everywhere. I thought this could be it. At 740 the wrong 8pt walked past me. I thought he's ok. Then I drew followed him with my pin. Thought this could end it. Smack jumped hopped 12 yards fell over. Buck tag filled. I regret it tho lol he's a dink imo I'll try getting a pic up

I'd rather be lucky then good, but im to good to be lucky

After an excruciatingly slow start to November for me I couldn't pass up this guy tonight. I saw him cruising at about 200 yards and grunted him right into 15 yards at 4:00pm. He is a decent 8 point and right at 16 inches wide.

Been seeing a few nice bucks the last couple of days between 2-4 on the search. Got a nice doe last night with the xbow on what I thought was a bad hit on the front leg but the results equaled a dead deer.

Congrats on the doe!

I was out running some errands yesterday and saw one of the biggest bucks I have seen in quite a few years locked down with a doe in a ditch between a major road and an industrial park. I bet he was easily over 150.
