boat ramps

this is my first year running to Erie, I drove to north east last week and it was closed as they were pulling the docks.  I'm assuming all the docks will be pulled and this launch will be closed till spring.  I wanted to make a couple more trips this fall does anyone know if east ave or lampre will stay open or am I SOL for chasing smallies east of presque isle?

    Most docks are getting pulled because it is the end of the season. You can launch out of East Ave but most likely the dock will be pulled. I've launched using just the cement part before, its just tricky if you are alone. Usually I will have some one in the boat and just back it off and use a rope to jump in. TIGHT LINES !
