PIB and Wind

Hey everyone,
 
Looking to hear everyones take on wind and fishability in the bay. Normally do pretty well when wind is out of the West, but it will be a sustained 15mph all day. Would it be safe to fish from a small boat or should I expect to see white caps? Thanks!
