Lake Erie Perch Fishing

Is anybody willing to share what locations seem to be the best for catching perch on the lake? I usually fished for walleye but want to do some perch fishing this year. Any information would be helpful so I have a decent area to start my search.

I also want to try for some Perch this year, if there are any to catch that is. The last 4 years has been very poor for Perch, I also have been trolling for Walleye. Out of Lampe Marina, we have done very well straight off Seagull Point, in 40 to 45 F.O.W. But it has been a few years since I targeted them. Good luck, Pope.

We put the boat in yesterday and trolled around for 4 hours, we caught 1 walleye 26"er, 1 steelhead @ 27", and a 19" smallmouth bass. Went from Sea Gull Point east to twenty mile creek, never marked any schools of any fish. I don't believe the perch are back, as far as I can tell. 1big1
