V2 powerpro

Anybody have opinions (from actual use) on the v2? I'm an original power pro fan. The reviews I've read, and the videos I've watched...I'm not super impressed. It seems to cast a few feet shorter, and users say it frays quickly. The only bonus I saw was knot strength. I run my line through thick cover...(mostly bass and pike) fraying isn't gonna fly with me.
Thanks in advance.
James.

I personally used the 50# with bottom bouncing and bobber dogging on the Niagara for Salmon fishing. I never had any problems with fraying personally. The shore line is very rocky and the 50# still held up great.

I completely agree, I have been using it very often for several years and in different conditions. There have been no misfires so far.
