does anyone know anything about Iser Run Lake?  public? private? hows the fishing?

    if you look on google maps at highpoint lake and the go northeast a mile or so there's deer valley YMCA lake then about another mile northeast there's a dam along isers run - there appears to be a bit of a mansion on the lake.  anyone know how to make friends with this guy?
