Yough River Musky

Relatively new to musky fishing... Just got a boat and am looking to head out to the youghiogheny river. Looking to chase after some musky. Anyone care to share any info on some good places I could start? Also anywhere I could go from shore on those days I can’t get the boat out?

    Try the area around West Newton. I have had a few Muskie break me off around there.

    Not only is it spots but it’s also how your presenting your baits. Good luck they can be picky. You can be like me I hooked around 10 of those suckers probably 30 to 40 inches and they all spit the lure at the last second. Only landed one so far.
