    Glad they got the desired kill. Bears were woefully under harvested in this state for quite a long time. Years ago, the bear biologists said that the population was at a maximum acceptable level. Since then, it has grown and expanded into areas where there were never resident bear populations.

    PGC wont do much, imo...they opened these extra seasons to kill more bears, but more importantly, sell more bear tags.
