Lost fly box

This post might be of little help to me but I just noticed that I can't seem to locate a knockoff C&F fly box about 3.5" X 4.75".  It is light gray color.  I'm quite sure I left it on the east bank of the Legion Pool up where there was a tree with exposed roots.  I was sitting down changing flies and I think I left it there.  Might be long gone.  It is full of emerald shiner flies, at least 35 flies, also about half a dozen all white shiner patterns.  This is back on November 06.  I looked everywhere else it could be so if it doesn't turn up I will be doing a lot of tying.  $50 reward for return to me.  The flies look like those in the photo.

    Great looking shiners.  You should sell those on Ebay.   I'd buy them.

    Thanks! After posting I sat down in my den and tried to figure out where the box might of been.  All of a sudden I remembered I had put my waders and gear bag in a duffle bag designed with a middle and two end zippered compartments.  I went into the garage and was at first disappointed but then rummaged around and sure enough my fingers wrapped around the fly box.  I was very happy considering to re-tie them would take hours and hours.

    Actually I use it exclusively for steelhead.  Mostly swinging it with one "B" split shot but sometimes drifting it under an indicator. Kind of late now but will send PM tomorrow with pictures of materials and tying instructions.  I also tie it with an iridescent upper wing.

    Yep thanks. Got my supplies in and tied some up. I ran a little bigger hook for a couple and put a plastic bead egg on them for trout.

    I'm sure a bigger hook will be fine.  I use #8 & #10 for steelhead and that size has been very effective. I might try a #4 & #6 for smallmouth.

    Look like a good Stryper pattern also. Maybe switch from olive to blue to be more of a shad pattern? Looks great tho. Nice work. Btw congrats on "finding" that box. Nothing worse than losing all that labor.

    Did a size 8 or 6 for the bass.
