Information requested.

Gentlemen,
     Can anyone provide me with information on any place where a person in an electric wheelchair (me) can access a part of any of the tribs?  I want to bring my grandsons up to experience steelhead fishing.  The "fishing platforms" that are built are more observation towers than places for a person to fish.  I would imagine any spot would have to be on a smaller creek.
