Summer smallmouth

Still trying to figure out the summer smallmouth in the lake.   Any suggestions on general locations and baits used in July - Sept?

    Summer Smallmouth...Drop shot in deep water 20-30 foot....The Mountains on the lake or in the bay out deep...good luck

    We agree with MCmark1, this time of year, you are going to want to fish in deeper water and a drop shot is the perfect way to do it. And as always, make sure to stop in to the FishUSA Pro Shop to pick up your weights and softbaits!
