PGC Audit........

GAs and oil rights audit 11 findings 43 recommendations 56 million in 2014 grew to 73 million in 2018...." PGC can do a better job of managing its finances" 19  million in royalties 2017...." Tracking royalties is so poor that the auditors could not determine what the commission is owed. " That's an open door for theft of public money" 
35.4 million in license sales.....1.6 billion brought into the economy....yet they cry for more.....someone skimming.....with their faulty book work....some royalties check where not cashed for months.....who's in charge of this sh_t show.....

    Interesting but not surprising.

    Myself, I haven't contributed a dime to fishing or hunting the PA. Wilds this year. Hell, my boat registration ran out March 31 and the only reason I have a fishing/hunting license is cause they're free.. free free.
