Go to ohiogamefishing.com and search thru there.
Also ohiodnr has maps of every creek. Plenty of information available if you’re willing to look.

Oh I gotcha. Sorry I don’t know the answer to that. I’ve only ever fished conny in Ahhiya.

Check the PFBC steelhead access maps.  Not much property open on Conneaut in PA (at least published on those maps).  I would assume less crowded than most of Elk/Walnut.  I know some of the other creeks over that way only hold fish in certain conditions.  I explored them when there was barely any water in them and didn't fare very well...  It really comes out to what is important to you.  If you want better odds at catching a few fish, you are probably better off going to something you know.  But who knows, you may be rewarded for bucking the system.
I have a nasty case of year end skunking, on top of cabin fever.  It is pretty much unbearable.  Either the tribs or hit one of the local rivers soon, or I am going nuts.  For me, exploring the tribs, is for those multi-day trips with the buddies, work has me in the area and fishing conditions aren't good, or might make for a good hike with the wife?  I haven't made many trips in the past 10 years, so when I do, I am willing to fight the crowds a bit to get a few tugs...
Best wishes on whatever you do.

Duud, Eyesandgillz is the Tax Rocker!!! If someone were able to dig up that old thread, I’m sure he would love to relive it!!! Ha, ha. Too funny.

That all said, I was a victim of tax rock attack before... Pretty sure I shared this story a time or two on here. Back in my DC area days, one of my favorite places to fish, was Gravely Point Park, which was located at the end of the runway at Reagan National Airport. Stripers would run the Potomac in the spring and a decent Inlet for them to pick off baitfish. Was fun to watch the planes land there too, which was what most that hung out there did. I was minding my business trying to smack some stripers one day and saw some smaller splashes right infront of me, then crack! Stone right in the back of my skull. What a loud sound that makes so close to your eardrum... There is bike path that runs right by there that I assume the little cowards took off on. I was ready to throw a 12 year old into oncoming traffic, so glad that I didn’t catch that little prick. I can’t confirm if regular rocks, or those of tax payers. Being part of the GW Parkway, which I believe is federal property, I can only assume they were tax rocks.

Check out the Conneaut Creek description on FishErie as well as the Angler Maps. They both give a pretty good idea of where you are able to go! Hope this helps!
