Waterproofing hunting suit

Looks like rain for Monday.  I have a gortex hunting parka and pants.  They are old and not very water proof any more.   Is they something I can do to waterproof them again?

Panfisher, Check for a product called "CampDry". I bought a can at WalMart from the camping section. It's silicone based spray on. Several applications may be needed. No guarantee of longevity in all day soakers though.

Not odor free so I'd treat ASAP.

IMHO the stuff is no better than silicon sprays found in automotive. Ummm, not the stuff sprayed through them wee little straws. Unnnnnnless you squeak a lot, while moving.

Perhaps you might find some useful info by clicking the following link. I dunno? Good luck.

NikWax works well and keeps it breathable. Made for clothing. It has kept my Gortex waders alive for a while.

If you can’t get it shipped by Monday and live close to Pittsburgh, REI should have it.

Tree Umbrella. Even with waterproof clothes, nothing beats standing or sitting out of the rain.
