Question on Wilhelm Launch

My wife and I would like to take a trip to Wilhelm sometime soon to check out the fall colors (for her) and maybe do a little fishing (me). We have a 24' pontoon and I was wondering if we could put in at launch 1? I didn't know about the water level, etc. Also wondering if the leaves are very colorful up there yet? In our area a lot of them are going straight to brown. Thanks in advance for the info.
