Last Chance Lake trout!

Hey everyone!
I hope everyone had a great ice fishing season down south! I just wanted to share a quick post summarizing my ice fishing season in Ontario. Where I am fishing, the native lakers have a very yellow, or gold color to them, they are truly a beautiful fish. we typically target them between 30-60 FOW but have the most luck around 40. We find that more fish are caught using minnows on tip ups, but the biggest fish are all caught on artificial jigs, and my favorite one is the vibrato (gold shinner color).
