In my opinion so far, it is Montana. I have fished in many states and have fly fished in a few. Those being CA, NV, UT, WY, MT, PA, and FL.

Having never been one to take vacations, but nearly all my weekends are my own. The best waters in my world are Laurel Hill, Meadow Run and the Yough. I'm roughly only 50 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes driving time to my favorite waters. All the days I fished with my dad and the memories that came with each trip. Yeah, there are waters I'd like to wet a line in but it's not high on my priority list.

Florida looks to be hard to beat with the amount of options. Freshwater and saltwater. Tropical and subtropical species. Might even catch a shark, gator or boa... Or have one catch you... PA kind of sucks, compared to other states that I have been to (either fished or talked to fishermen from those states). Any state with saltwater and freshwater opens up about twice the options.
