Kayaking the Clarion River question

Anyone ever kayak the Clarion River from Cook Forest to Millcreek launch at Strattonville or from Gravel Lick bridge to Millcreek? Was wondering about the water levels and the amount of time it takes to float that section. I was over Gravel Lick last week and the water looked pretty low so I was curious if it was even worth trying to float it this time of year. Any info would be appreciated.
