L~
As you know , myself and others have posted countless reports , adventures and talks of other fisheries ,weather and BS on this SR forum .
I can not recall any complaints of being off topic unless they were just on a b!tch rant , yes I have had a few so serve me righteously .

Good people here despite differences , if we are all the same then we would be sheepzzz no ??? I tend to prefer them to stay in their own flock , not here myself so what's the goal of that ? Mine is simple , Real people sharing like minded stuff ,,, I hunt , camp , fish , enjoy music and time with friends , family as well as what the world has to offer . Not so much fantasy land , yesterday sucked . Expensive rip off with many ( not crowded ) others I just passed by not saying a word to .

Take this as you wish but the water is open to share as I believe this forum as well

And to add ,
If you wish to stand up for the rights of a nitwit to continue to post how using a black Estaz 1/0 hook with the max weight to dredge bottom is the correct way to effectively produce salmon , steelhead and brown trout in the fly zone and throughout just because as we know it's his legal right ,
Your a better man then me to allow this to go untouched as an angler .
I think FishUSA is being very liberal acording to their forum policies and thank them for their sensorship . Some day my grandkids may chose to join .

Instead of discussing the content of this management plan, and how it can impact us, perhaps what we can learn from it, you have completely derailed the conversation and are more focused on who can post what topics to which forum and who will get mad about it. Not one response related to the actual topic... Unreal

Seems to me that over time whatever happens on the Western Lakes seems to eventually make its way east to Ontario- in one similar form or another.
Therefore whatever happens to those lakes, and their management style in meeting those challenges, may well be of importance to our SR future.
Thanks for the Post.

You need to remember that there is a huge difference between the lakes and management for them, aside from their very different limnology.  There are no Salmon stocked in Erie, while there are approximately 2.3 million Kings stocked and it could be as many as 2 million being produced naturally, at least based on SR returns.  Steelhead in Erie have nowhere's near the competition that they have in Ontario.

One of my buddies I work with has been supplying me with Lake Erie walleye and perch his dad catches.  He normally fishes the Ohio/Pa border on the Little E.     So far this year the fishing on Erie has been tough, few are far between for both?    Something going on in Erie?  Either over harvest or similar issues we experienced on Lake Ontario/Pulaski?

hot tuna will be interested to know that there will be no flies larger than size 8 in my box come October on the SR.  I'll be in the Church hole the week of October 5 if anyone needs to confirm that.

Hot tuna is interested in knowing how to catch fish out on the Great Lake Ontario .
Out here we throw everything in the box and still don't catch fish . Time. To swim and see how the little SR tourney did.
At least we know when and if it happens , it's In the mouth ?
