    Perch and crappie should be hitting somewhere on the bay. I'm heading up after Easter.

    I'll start to fish it the first or second weekend in April for Pike and Steelhead when it's too rough to get out for Lakers.

    Do you think the fish be biting earlier this year because of mild winter/spring and early ice out

    It just depends on how quickly the water warms up. I'm pretty sure the Pike have already spawned so I'm hoping the water won't go above 48° for at least another month or so.
