Conneaut Creek Chrome

Did some recon this week again.  Breakwall is off due to the lake being nasty.  Very lower stretch is holding some fish, lock-jawed for the most part.  Had a few takers, only hooked 1.  Tons of suckers still in there too.  Might be a few days and the level will come up (fingers crossed).  Water was crystal clear as of yesterday....lots of leaves on the bottom and the rootbeer colored water will arrive soon, which I personally dislike.  Please reply if you have any helpful reports for us!
