Woodcock Creek - Closed?

Any locals know if Woodcock Creek will be closed from the 1st of March till Trout Opener?
 
Being they pushed out trout opener 1 week wonder if they may have changed it by chance.

    Yep, it is still a regular stocked ATW(no special regs) so it's closed from March 1st until the opener.
