water/fishing conditions

just wondering how the fishing has been so far up at burts **** and how much does the rain effect the creek, bc the flow is determined on how much water they are letting out so even if we catch a few days of rain in a row will it really effect the fishing? ty

The fishing and hunting is pretty good not so bad!!!

Took a ride up Saturday for the day. Water levels were ok first thing in the morning with some water flowing over the dam. Temps and he wind were not bad early on, then as the day wore on temps dropped and the wind picked up, with some light rain mixed in. Then about 9:30 it seemed like they must have released water from the canal as the flow over the dam became much stronger and water levels in the creek rose over a foot. Fish were pretty active, with a strong number of Browns being caught. Pressure was on the lighter side for a weekend. Caught fish on beads, sacs and sucker spawn. Heading back up Thursday for a few days. Good luck.
