I'm also curious about fishing on Lake Leboeuf as I just bought a new kayak and I live near there. I am interested in catching bass, crappie and perch. The PA fish and boat commission site says there's also walleye there.

Seems to have a good variety of fish, if you are available to go out during a weekday morning, I plan on hitting the lake (or Edinboro, split between the two) week of July 4th, weather deciding on which day I head out there. I'm gonna be hitting PI Bay lots that week also since my parents live close by there but I wanna fish at least one inland lake.
