Looking for info on a little pond off of 422 and 388 in New Castle Pa

right off 388 after you cross 422 by Sheetz, there is a pond that sits off the the road - I'm from the area and was just curious if anyone knew if the lake was open to small trolling boats or fishing in general - would love to Bass fish the pond if possible, but figured i would ask if anyone knew anything about it, before calling around - thanks guys

    I've seen that pond on my way to the archery shop and have always wondered the same thing.

    Fished it once about 10 years ago with crawlers and caught some bass and catfish not even sure if your allowed to fish it now
