Gotta try something different

My brother has recently got back from the military and we have been putting in some serious hours on the new boat. Has been some nice days beautiful waters but little and some days no fish being boated. Being from Indiana county we fished some local lakes, yellow creek, keystone and a little river fishing on Allegheny off the Rosston Eddy marina launch. Thinking about making a road trip to either kinzua or tionesta lake or even pymatuning. Also thought about mahoning being close but any options would be greatly appreciated

You could also try Lake Arthur, nice population of everything you're looking for an not quite as crowded as Pymie.

I like yellow creek, a good population of smalllies and pike, just wish that lake had more eyes!

    Got Walleye???

Keystone, in my opinion, is one of the best lakes around SW PA for musky and bass. Yellow creek is really good for pike and bass in early spring. The ALLE,MON,OH are good all year round for anything. Crooked Creek and Loyalhanna are pretty close also. If your looking to take a trip, try presquisle bay/Erie, wilhelm, arthur, shanango, yough, raystown. Or go out of state. Deepcreek, MD/ Mosquito, OH/Chataqua, NY

Glendale has a bunch of everything too but can get a little crowded.

Kinzua is a tough nut to crack, I'd go with Pymatuning.
