MONSTER CRAPPIE

Took my son and cousins son fishing on the mon this morning.
 My cousins boy is 11 years old. He caught  crappies. one was a thick 11 incher.
The other one ended up being a 15 1/2 inch monster that weighed a whopping 1 pound 12 ounces of pure hog.
We took it and had it officially weighed for a fish commission angler award.
  VERY NICE

    WOW!!! Some hogs out of the Mon. When I lived in Monongahela(Mon City) I used to fish directly off the Aquatorium in the late evening and after dark and catch them like that. Best time of the year for me was Late April to mid May using shiners caught there with a dip net. After that could not find them after the water warmed up.

    I almost had my pol pulled into my bass pond by what i thought was a huge bass, eneded up being a foot long bluegill!!!!! Def a hog of a Blue Gil. pics coming soon.
