Allegheny River L/D6 area

Has anyone been up that way lately either from shore or boat? Was curious the temp and if it's way to high to fish. Mainly gonna be targeting smallies, musky and pike.

Flow is moderately high which is typical for this time of year.  Visbility is decent and the current water temp is in the low 50's.

Well I'll probably be fishing near the L/D to start, anything over about 13 makes it almost unsafe to fish IMO.  So I'm hoping Crooked Creek, Tionesta, and Kinzua drop their discharges back a little to make my life a bit better.  I'm getting so tired of catching pelletheads..

I keep my eye on the gauge via Riverwatch APP on my phone but since they don't have the telemetry box up at the power plant the readings are a tad off/misleading and the USGS site is pretty close.  I just was curious if anyone's been up that way lately.
