Highland Park or Cheswick

Any one here fish these areas from a boat?  I've been checking them both out Which one would you pick?  Mainly for walleye/ sauger

    I fish highland park a lot...Caught some nice eyes out of there at a few key locations. Some biiiiig flatheads lurking around there too. You fishing from shore or on a boat?
