Redbank Creek at New Bethlehem

I pass by there alot...can anyone say what's in there it looks good but don't see people fishing it often.
I'm going to give it a shot next time I take my kid back to school. Thanks

I built the dam there a few years ago.  saw many large (30") pike . Stocked real well around opening day. I caught 20 brookies on lunch break.

A few guys that I know that work & live over in that area claim that downstream of town, there is some decent catfishing and even a few eyes to be had.
They said to park at the rails-to-trails and go downstream, then fish the holes down over the embankment.

One of the biggest 'eyes I've ever seen came out of that crick... well downstream from the Rt. 28 crossing though...

I just checked to see if its approved trout waters...its stocked well above the 28 crossing...so would it be legal to fish below the dam?? I would say yes...

And after reading the regs again I would say you can't fish there till the trout opener.
