Hunting Liscense Question

If you buy your hunting liscense online how to do you apply for a doe tags without pink envelope? Prerequisite, I have not bought a hunting liscense online yet... Nvm answered my own question. Why can't they make all of this stuff digital, instead of mailing you a liscense? Are there still people that won't put their credit card info online?

    I might be one of the last in America or the world, but will not use a personal Credit Card on-line.  Wife is a bank manager and sees fraud every day!  I buy preloaded Visa gift cards a few times a year to make on-line purchases.

    There was fraud before the internet... But, how could that be?

    Agreed, but its likely the frequency has increased with the use of internet.

    The licenses are printed on a special paper.. not just your run of the mill printer paper...
     
    plus if you buy on line they send you a digest plus a pink envelope
     
    I have ordered on line the past two years and LOVE it...
     
    today the state wide system crashed three time for anywhere from a half-hour to over an hour... and each time I had a line of guys waiting about 5-6 deep.... 
     
    The one time ( at 8am) we waited for 30 MINUTES just to have someone answer the phone to tell us it was down and not to run any apps for a half hour-45 minutes........  :(
