Virgin Run

Does anyone know what is going on up at Virgin Run Lake? Fished there about a month ago and the water was up. Went by today and it is way down. We have had a good amount of rain lately. Is this something they are doing on purpose or is it just drying up?

    it tends to drop a good bit in the summer.  i know i went last summer and the only side you could fish and not sink in the mud was back in the woods.

    I just started fishing it again this year. I fished there years ago but don't remember it ever being like that. I'll have to try over in the woods. We were catching some big bluegills over by the spillway.
