woodcock outflow?

When does the walleye fishing usually start to pick up at the outflow?

    I'm not positive,but I think it's closed March 1st till after first day of trout due to trout stocking.

    closed march 1 cast small rapalas across bottom section from brush up to fence just before dark.

    where did you see mar.1 ? just checked pafbc site, says mar. 14.on inland waters. is w.c. different?

    it's a an approved trout water and closes 3-1-2012, re-read the book
