There is not any slop just a dusting of snow in some spots.

Steelie, where is lake eaton? I saw a post talking about a PA side and a New York side.I'm dying to get on the ice. I would be coming up I79 north from zelie. Any help so i can find this place on the map would be great. Thanks

the whole lake is actually in PA, just one side is very close to the state line.

Judging by the extended forecast, Eaton is good to go for the season now.  1" white 5" solid black and growing coming off the west side.  Go git 'em boys!

Was great lastnight. Fished in the middle of the lake and the ice was a good 6 inches. about a half inch or so of white on top and the rest was gin clear!
