Mink

While walking into the woods to remove a treestand today I was nearly run over by a mink.  The first one got within kicking distance of me before realizing I was there.  It jumped and turned and about ran into my buddy.  Seconds later here comes another one.  I quickly grabbed my camera and was able to get this shot before it disappeared.  Pretty cool sighting, but not all that uncommon.  I've seen quite a few over the years winter steelhead fish along Elk.  Definitely not something you see everyday.

    Cool, I have seen a few too while fishing but never been able to get a pic.. thanks for sharing that one !!!!
