lots of half dead salmon and LOTS of people last weekend. I guess with people hoping deer season would take some of the people away more people came out. Seriously there wasnt any good holes that werent loaded with idiots and people walking through the middle of the hole/run your fishing. It was irritating then when you found a decent spot without a ton of people you hook fish and here they come. Like I said there it was loaded with salmon still, mostly rotten ones but a few that were kinda fresh er. There are plenty of other streams that are loaded with fish with about 1/8th the people. Normally by this time people are dwingling away untill spring but the place was loaded like it was october, I think I was the only truck from NY in the parking lot . water was low and crystal clear.

Quite a bit of browns and steel in 18 this weekend, but I agree with Dewey, lots of people, too many for my liking. But I guess I cant yell too much I am an out of towner also. That being said, we did rather well while we were there(Burt). Fished some other tribs and as stated earlier, plenty o' fish there also. And i am also going to stick to my earlier post on another subject to and that is the size of the browns this year. I don't ever remember catching quite as many good sized ones as this fall. And I am talking LO standards, some true hogs this year. You ought to do well if you go.
