9hp electric start

I have a '60s model 9HP electric start tiller controlled outboard motor, that I believe to have been manufactured by McColloch . I know very little about it. I was told it needs a "dog" gear. The motor was given to me by a friend and is being sold as is. The piston does move freely inside the cylinder and motor looks to be in fairly good shape.     By the way I would be willing to consider a full or partial trade for a 2-3 man Ice fishing shelter, Sled, Power Auger, or sonar unit.

    You might be further ahead to list it for sale on the AOMCI website, somebody might want it for a parts motor.
