I assume you are referring to the Ontario tribs? If so, you can not fish after dark and before 1/2 hour till sunrise. So the answer to your question is #1 no and #2 what fish is fit to eat up there anyway?

you can fish the piers all night. but I wouldnt walk out with 6 fish and try to say 3 were from before and 3 were after midnight. The fish are fine to eat. I wouldnt eat the kings if you get one now because it will be all rotten but everything else is good to eat
