Does anyone have any new reports on 18 mile? Im trying to plan a trip up around the 20th and just wanted an idea of how it might be. Thanks

    Thanks. Everone that I have talked to said there were tons of browns in 18 mile lastweek. I hope they're still there on the 20th

    good bit of browns in the water. Rain this weekend should help.  There is a ton of salmon at the Dam hole and a lot of people. Caught two Brown close to 10 pounds above the tressel on Wednesday but water is low and most of the fish are concentrated at the Dam. Again rain should make the fishing good around the 20th.

    another note: I passed a game warden on the way out and another pulled into the parking lot as we were leaving. A lot of people around me were keeping foul hooked fish. Some were nice Brown trout. They must have been watching with binoculars.

    5 AM is the time it is supposed to open but one morning on our trip it opened around legal fishing time. The lady was really apologizing.

    Heck, people start waiting in line at the gate at 1-2 am on the weekend. Dam is full of salmon an lots of browns. And tons of people! Haha nothing new, mid week better. An yeah, lots of kept snags. Saw a few get escorted out via lawman Sat
