18.5 ft open bow

18.5 ft open bow larson for sale 85hp evinrude outboard, 2 downriggers and 1 planner mast.  something is wrong with the motor it runs fine if you have it on the trailer backed in and it runs fine on earmuffs but when it is off the trailer it will not idle low which means you cant shift.  i had the carbs rebuilt and the compression checked and it is all good. price is 2900
