    You can have that early season and I'll take the seasion in January.  To me that early season is goose shooting not hunting.  Plus it's to hot.  Good luck.

    agree on you bout the heat and late season is way better for hunting but the cold ant fun neither

    as momma use to say it's a  lot easier to get warm than it's to get cool.  Finally splurged a few years ago and bought a good coat and haven't been cold since.  10 degrees with a stiff wind and I'm still warm.   Many times I have to unzip the coat because it's to warm.  To me if isn't 10-20 degrees with a 20 mph wind and it takes 10 minutes to find certain body parts to pee it's not goose season.
