You would think the fish commission would have 1 or 2 on the streams and have feeds to it. They could cover several and watch from the comforts of the walnut creek station. Talk about policing the streams from the air. This should cut down on the poaching and snagging in key areas that the scum bags frequent to do their dirty work..

it didn't work out so well as i recall.
I recall several duUds raising Cain over the lack of good reports and cams down

I think Laslo (Noodlebagger) make his money when he sold the site to some sucker..er...prospect
